I found this a pretty interesting book, even as a non-religious, non-spiritual person. Apart from the references to heaven, God etc. the bulk of the text essentially concerns positivity, openness and change and applies these to meditative and spiritual practices. Clifford Michaels muses on the meaning of life, why we are here, what happens when life ends and whether theres an afterlife. The book chronicles (the authors) journey into the world of the spiritual unknown from the perspective of aExcellent book!! A definite must read. It's full of insightful information that really hits home. I am going to reread it and highly recommend to my friends.Clifford Michaels is a man with a mission to discover the meaning of life and why we are here as well as what happens when we die and whether there is an afterlife or not.
