The faith that dwelt in Corrie ten Boom has been a teacher to me since I was small, reading about her family and her time in Ravensbruck and other nazi death camps. This book details her life after prison, traveling without home or personal belongings or family, around the world twice, preaching the love and power of Christ to people so full of hate and bitterness, both Jew and Nazi, and all kinds. Whats so beautiful is that Corrie wasnt some unreachable, amazing archetypal saint. She was a

I love Corrie ten Boom. This isn't really a sequel to The Hiding Place, but instead a collection of her reflections and experiences as she traveled the world evangelizing. Not sure if I agree with all of her theology, but her unwavering faith in her Savior is inspiring and encouraging. Please read The Hiding Place if you haven't already.

Corrie ten Boom is the real deal.

I did not like the sequel to The Hiding Place. While I found Corrie lovable in her faith and humility during the war, after it I found her preachy and overbearing to the point of self-righteousness. The breaking point for me was when she chastised a woman who tried to give her money for her work helping those displaced by the war, upset that the woman had not being moved by the Christian part of her speech and then criticized the woman for taking offense.Maybe it has something to do with her

Corrie Ten Boom is one of the most inspiring spiritual women Ive ever read. I loved hearing about her journey after the concentration camps and how she lived out her life on a mission.

What an encouraging woman! To think that in 1970 she came to my town to speak. Would that I were I alive to hear her! This book is a must read for long time and new Christians alike. Corrie never beats people over the head, she gently comes along side to teach the Lord's lessons. A few chapters towards the end really struck home and I felt as though she were talking directly to me.
