From an animated short film, to comic books, and now a novel, Poet Anderson has been captivating. For someone who is a fan of Bladerunner, or Star Wars, Poet Anderson Of Nightmares...is a book for you. Blending together a perfect mix of Sci-Fi, Action and Romance, DeLonge and Young have worked together to create a masterpiece. You can just imagine the world behind the characters as you follow Jonas Anderson through his travels through the dream world- Genisis. It's difficult to get into theI will be honest, I am not much of a reader. This book has changed that. Tom Delonge and Suzanne Young have really drawn me in with Poet Anderson ...Of Nightmares. There was so much emotion, action, It truly draws you in. I have always been interested in dreams, lucid dreaming, etc. This book EXCEEDED my expectations, I got it on September 25th and I was so drawn in and interested that I finished it on the 28th. It left me literally wanting more. The story is really great and I could really
"A dream is a dream is a dream..." This book was ok, very easy to read and really built on the foundation the comic laid. The main fella Jonas was a bit two dimensional, just tht typical high school student on the edge of society, but as Poet I he became more interesting. I read some of this whilst listening to the Angels and Airwaves album that accompanies it and that was ok but didn't really enhance. Overall it was good, it had vibes of The Matrix, and I will be reading the second book...3 🌟

Poet Anderson Of Nightmares is the latest installment of a cross-media project written by Tom Delonge and Suzanne Young. I have been a fan of Tom Delonges work for over a decade and have particularly enjoyed the Poet Anderson project which has already included an award winning animated short, three comic books, a graphic novel and two albums, The Dream Walker LP and the Of Nightmares EP which is a companion to the novel. I impatiently awaited the release of the Poet Anderson Of Nightmares novel
Poet Anderson Of Nightmers... is one of the greatest books I have had the pleasure to read. It sets out to create a facinating story about Jonas Anderson and his travels but instead makes you fall in love with every character and the world behind them(Genisis). It took everything great about Harry Potter, Tron, and Bladerunner creating a very original story. I highly recommend checking out the Prequal comic book series to have a better understanding of the characters. But if not the book does a
Oh man. This was amazing. I've always loved the creativity that Tom Delonge has and of course I adore Suzanne's words, so the two of them together is as close to perfection as you could get. The story threw me a bit at first. There are a lot of layers and a much needed set up for the world. Once I was settled, I was captivated. Jonas is an amazing character. He's naive and cocky and shy and confident and I love everything about him. Sam is absolutely delightful and the perfect counter to all of
Thouroughly impressed w/ the first collaborative effort in the Poet Anderson series from Tom DeLonge (Angels & Airwaves/Blink 182) and Suzanne Young. The mission statement is "a dream is a dream is a dream".You follow, Jonas, the central character and he weaves between reality and dreams. Colorful and feisty, you begin to be consumed w/ his otherwordly battles w/ Nightstalkers in an effort to keep his comatose brother safe. You cheer for his victory, you gasp at the love he finds.A quick
